When I called to ask how much it would cost for the repair I thought my car needed they suggested I bring it in so they could look it over and make sure I was getting the correct repair. The diagnostic appoint was no cost where other places charged $60-$80. The suggested repair was less expensive here than other repair shops and it actually fixed the problem unlike a suggested repair from another shop that did not fix the problem.
